The journey ahead is long and arduous, yet with a steadfast heart, we can remain unfazed by any change—Youfa Group’s 2025 Awards Ceremony and 2026 Business Kickoff Meeting were successfully held.


With the spring tide surging, we embark on a new journey, united in spirit and determined to move forward once again. On February 6, Youfa Group held a grand ceremony to recognize its outstanding employees for 2025 and launch its business operations for 2026. More than 500 people attended the meeting, including Youfa Group Chairman Li Maojin, General Manager Chen Guangling, Party Secretary Jin Donghu, all senior executives, and representatives from award-winning individuals and advanced teams. Representatives from various subsidiary companies participated via video conference. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Guangzhi, Deputy General Manager of Youfa Group.

At the outset of the conference, an opening video titled “The Journey—We’re on the Road” transported the audience into a scene of Youfa employees working side by side in their shared struggle, thus officially kicking off the meeting. Amidst enthusiastic applause, Chen Guangling, General Manager of the Group, delivered the annual business report under the theme “The Journey: A Relay Race for Growth and Efficiency.” Using detailed data, he highlighted Youfa’s impressive achievements in 2025. The report presented the operational rankings of each subsidiary and branch company across nine key dimensions, including production volume, sales volume, terminal expansion, profit, and cost control. At the same time, Chen Guangling specifically emphasized Youfa’s shortcomings in areas such as labor productivity and the proportion of directly operated terminals, thereby clearly outlining the directions for improvement in 2026.

Chen Guangling pointed out that in 2026, we should focus on four growth initiatives: the layout of new factories, new products and services, internal and external competition and cooperation, and niche industries. We must also excel in areas such as labor productivity, production, supply chain management, information technology, brand channels, and human resources. Six Efficiency Improvement Initiatives Driven by demand, we will promote high-quality development and enhance efficiency.

In 2025, a large number of outstanding teams and individuals who are dedicated to their work and have achieved remarkable results have emerged across all fronts at Youfa. Among them, the recipients of the Youfa Award and the Youfa Role Model Award have set exemplary standards for all Youfa employees with their exceptional contributions. To rousing music, the conference entered the highly anticipated recognition segment. The award-winning representatives took to the stage one by one, and group executives presented them with certificates of honor and trophies. The audience erupted in applause—applause that not only paid tribute to these outstanding individuals but also affirmed the spirit of hard work and perseverance shared by all Youfa employees.

 

Subsequently, the heads of 18 branches and subsidiaries, along with the commanders of the three corps, took to the stage one after another to present their 2026 annual target responsibility letters to the group’s leadership. This responsibility letter not only embodies the group’s overall business objectives but also reflects Youfa’s strategic determination to “move from tens of millions of tons to hundreds of billions of yuan and become the world’s leading giant in the pipe industry.”

Each branch and subsidiary, together with representatives from the three corps, took turns to speak, breaking down their goals in light of their own realities and clearly outlining specific paths forward. Each resolute and powerful commitment showcased Youfa’s spirit of taking responsibility and daring to break new ground, filling everyone present with great anticipation for the coming year’s development.

At the conclusion of the conference, Li Maojin, Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech titled “The journey ahead is long and arduous; only with a steadfast heart can we adapt to all changes.” In his speech, Li Maojin first extended his congratulations to all the outstanding winners and summarized the year 2025’s achievements as “truly not easy, yet remarkably fruitful.”

Looking ahead to 2026, Li Maojin defines it as the “year when Youfa Group embarks on high-quality development,” and systematically outlines the development roadmap for the coming year across five key dimensions: adapting to change and sustaining growth by adopting a dynamic mindset to navigate market fluctuations and bolstering growth resilience; consolidating our position and promoting synergistic development across the industrial chain; innovating products and enhancing services to meet diverse customer needs through technological breakthroughs and model upgrades; striving for both excellence at the top end and deep penetration into lower-tier markets; and embracing green transformation and intelligent manufacturing, putting the concept of green development into practice and leveraging digitalization to empower the upgrading of traditional industries.

Li Maojin particularly emphasized that Youfa Group has always adhered to the core values of "win-win cooperation and mutual benefit based on integrity, and working together with shared aspirations and prioritizing moral integrity." Guided by the mission of "enabling employees to grow happily and promoting the healthy development of the industry," Youfa will continue to refine its compensation and incentive systems as well as its career development framework, ensuring that every hardworking individual can share in the fruits of development and contribute to the practical implementation of "common prosperity." At the same time, Youfa will remain at the forefront of technological innovation and standard upgrades in the welded pipe industry, driving China's welded pipe sector toward the high-end of the global value chain and setting a benchmark for high-quality development in traditional manufacturing worldwide.
