Project Scope: Utilizing the existing idle facilities of Plant No. 1, the “Tianjin Youfada Zhong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Waste Acid Comprehensive Utilization Project” will be constructed, adding a new set of waste acid comprehensive utilization production equipment and associated treatment facilities to enable the resource‑based recovery of waste acid generated during the production processes at both Plant No. 1 and Plant No. 2, thereby producing water treatment agents. - Ferric chloride, with an annual capacity for treating waste acid of 1.1 Ten thousand tons.
