Celebrating 26 Years Together with the Party, Radiating Vitality and Striding Toward the Future — Youfa Group Holds a Commemorative Meeting Marking July 1st and Its 26th Anniversary

On July 1, coinciding with the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 26th anniversary of Youfa Group’s establishment, the Group held a thematic conference titled “Celebrating Twenty-Six Years with the Party, Striding Forward into the Future with Vigor.” Party members, mid- and senior-level managers, key employees from all Tianjin‑based subsidiaries, and representatives from newly joined enterprises such as Cangzhou Longtai Di and Xinjiang Jinfubo gathered on site, while out-of-town affiliates participated via video link. Guided by Party building and fortified by corporate culture, attendees discussed long-term strategies for the company’s high‑quality development. The event was chaired by Chen Guangling, the Group’s General Manager.

At the outset of the conference, the entire audience rose in solemn silence to sing the National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China, fostering a deep sense of patriotism and uniting their resolve to forge ahead with shared determination amid the anthem’s dignified and stirring melody.

At the meeting, Jin Donghu, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, delivered a special Party lecture titled “Firmly Uphold a Correct View of Political Achievement and Strive Forward on the New Journey of Youfa.” Grounded in the 2026 Party-wide plan to study and implement a correct view of political achievement, he provided a systematic interpretation of the General Secretary’s important expositions on this issue and clearly elucidated the core principle that “serving the people and bringing them benefits is the greatest political achievement.” Drawing on typical cases such as “Geng Biao’s Question” and relating them to the realities of corporate operations, the lecture argued that the essence of cultivating a correct view of political achievement must be translated into a sound approach to performance management.

Jin Donghu pointed out that in pursuing enterprise development and getting things done, we must not focus solely on reported profits; instead, we must firmly uphold the four red lines of quality, safety, environmental protection, and integrity. We should earnestly advance ten key priorities—innovation-driven growth, industry leadership, employee development, corporate culture, and social responsibility—while coordinating three overarching strategic pillars: safeguarding bottom lines, strengthening internal capabilities, and assuming accountability. Citing Zhou Enlai’s “Ten Principles for My Self-Cultivation” and the exemplary spirit of Party members who charged ahead during the revolutionary wars, he called on Party members and cadres to abandon bureaucratic practices, proactively listen to employees’ concerns, and measure their own value through a sense of responsibility and concrete action. Only then can they translate tangible results into high‑quality products, stable production, employee well‑being, a strong industry reputation, and sustainable long-term development.

Subsequently, Li Maojin, Chairman of Youfa Group, delivered a keynote address titled “Culture as the Root: Steady Progress for Lasting Success,” retracing Youfa’s 26-year journey of collaborative entrepreneurship. He underscored that “What sets Youfa apart is not its position as the largest steel pipe producer, but its commitment to partnership; what makes Youfa most valuable is not its brand, but the spirit of teamwork. Indeed, everything about Youfa’s culture stems from collective collaboration.” Mr. Li reviewed the three major iterations of the company’s corporate culture, affirming that “self-discipline and altruism, coupled with cooperative progress” constitute the very foundation of the enterprise’s growth. In his speech, he reflected on the four phases of quality‑driven transformation, reiterating that “product quality reflects personal integrity” as an unwavering business principle, and emphasizing that quality and trustworthiness are the cornerstones upon which Youfa has built its reputation in the industry.

The speech systematically addressed five key dimensions: optimizing the management system, advancing cutting-edge technological innovation, building a robust talent pipeline, fostering healthy competition and collaboration within the industry, and strategically deploying operations both domestically and internationally. At the event, Li Maojin unveiled Youfa Group’s 2030 Mid-to-Long-Term Development Plan, committing to the industry‑wide implementation of a “de‑involution” model of competitive collaboration, steadily advancing the construction of production bases at home and abroad, and moving forward with confidence toward the corporate vision of becoming a “global expert in piping systems.” He also encouraged all colleagues by emphasizing, “True success for Youfa lies in helping more people achieve their own success through Youfa.”

At the conclusion of the conference, all attendees joined in singing “The Youfa Anthem,” their resounding voices conveying the shared commitment of every Youfa employee to move forward in unity and uphold the values of self-discipline and altruism, bringing the atmosphere to a thrilling climax.

Happy Birthday to the great Communist Party of China! Happy Birthday to our dear Youfa!
