A delegation of leaders from the Weinan Municipal Government paid a visit to Youfa Group for an inspection and research tour.
On September 11, Wang Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Weinan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, led a delegation to conduct an inspection and research visit at Youfa Group. Accompanying the delegation were Zhang Yifeng, Vice Mayor of Weinan; Li Leiping, Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; Duan Hongtao, Mayor of Hancheng; Guo Jifeng, Vice Mayor of Hancheng; Lei Hongchun, Chairman of Shaanxi Iron & Steel Group; and Xi Jiusheng, Chief Engineer. Li Maojin, Chairman of Youfa Group; Chen Guangling, General Manager; Jin Donghu, Party Secretary; Zhang Guangzhi, Deputy General Manager; and Shen Yongdong, General Manager of Shaanxi Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome.
At the symposium, Li Maojin welcomed the visiting delegation and provided a detailed overview of Youfa Group’s corporate development and industrial layout. He noted that Youfa Group has been dedicated to steel pipe manufacturing for more than two decades, with a product portfolio that includes welded steel pipes, square and rectangular tubes, and hot-dip galvanized pipes, serving markets across China and exporting to numerous countries and regions. Since establishing its presence in Hancheng, Shaanxi, Youfa has received strong support from the local Party committee and government. Rooted in Weinan and pursuing steady growth, the company and the local authorities have laid a solid foundation for cooperation. Youfa Group places great importance on its partnership with Weinan City and looks forward to further deepening this collaboration, contributing even more significantly to the region’s economic development.
In his address, Wang Xin commended Shaanxi Youfa for its contributions to Weinan’s economic development. He noted that since the Shaanxi Youfa project was established in Hancheng, it has boosted local employment and fostered the growth of supporting industries, serving as a concrete outcome of public–private cooperation. He emphasized that Weinan City will continue to optimize the business environment, providing comprehensive support in areas such as resource allocation, policy assistance, and government services, and fully backing Youfa’s sustained expansion and development in Weinan. He expressed the hope that Youfa Group will further leverage its role as an industry leader to attract more upstream and downstream projects to take root in Weinan, while both sides strengthen regular communication and coordination to deepen public–private collaboration and achieve greater progress through mutual benefit and win‑win outcomes.
At the symposium, Zhang Yifeng, Vice Mayor of Weinan City; Duan Hongtao, Mayor of Hancheng City; Lei Hongchun, Chairman of Shaanxi Iron & Steel Group; Zhang Guangzhi, Deputy General Manager of Youfa Group; and Shen Yongdong, General Manager of Shaanxi Youfa, each delivered remarks, engaging in thorough discussions on industrial collaboration, raw-material supply, market expansion, and the high‑quality development of enterprises. Prior to the meeting, the inspection delegation visited the Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park, gaining an in-depth understanding of Youfa Group’s development trajectory, corporate culture, and production processes.
Zhao Xiaojun, Director of the Weinan Municipal Development and Reform Commission; Wang Deqiang, Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Wang Xiaohong, Director of the Hancheng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; and Han Lu, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Youfa, accompanied the inspection and participated in the symposium.
