Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd.(abbreviation: Youfa Group, stock code: 601686) was founded in 2000, the group is headquartered in Tianjin Jinghai District Daqiuzhuang Town, 4th December, 2020 on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Youfa Group is a large-scale enterprise group integrating the production and sales of straight seam welded pipe, hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, square rectangular steel pipe, hot-dip galvanized square rectangular steel pipe, lined plastic composite steel pipe, plastic-coated composite steel pipe, spiral welded pipe, stainless steel pipe and pipe fittings, ringlock scaffolding, oil pipe, pipe fittings and other products. It has two brands of "Youfa" and "Zhengjinyuan.
It has formed eight production bases in Tianjin, Tangshan, Handan, Hancheng in Shaanxi, Liyang in Jiangsu, Huludao in Liaoning, Yuxi in Yunnan and Linquan in Anhui. Its 11 steel pipe production enterprises have more than 300 production lines, 5 CNAS (National Accreditation) laboratories, 1 provincial enterprise technology center and 1 provincial welded steel pipe technology engineering center; it has 3 national-level "green factories", 4 national-level "green products", and 1 provincial-level "green factory". The "Youfa Steel Pipe Creative Park" built by the main force in the transportation area has been rated as "National AAA Grade Tourist Attractions". Products are sold throughout the country, and exported to North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, more than 100 countries and regions. Since 2006, it has been listed in the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the top 500 Chinese manufacturing industries for 18 consecutive years.
"Youfa" brand steel pipe has been awarded the title of "Tianjin Famous Brand Product" by Tianjin Municipal Government for many years. "Youfa" brand hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, square rectangular steel pipe, plastic-lined composite pipe and spiral welded steel pipe have been awarded the "Golden Cup Award" for the physical quality of metallurgical products by China Iron and Steel Industry Association. Tangshan Zhengyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. won the 2016 "Hebei Provincial Government Quality Award (Organization Award)". In 2015, the Materials Branch of China Construction Industry Association awarded Youfa Steel Pipe Group the title of "Luban Award Engineering Meritorious Supplier", which was rated as a "3A" credit enterprise by China Metal Materials Circulation Association and a customer satisfaction enterprise by China Quality Association and National User Committee.
In September 2023, four authoritative organizations, namely, Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute, China Metal Materials Circulation Association Welded Pipe Branch, China Steel Structure Association Steel Pipe Branch and China Gold Association Steel Pipe Standardization Committee, jointly certified GB/T 3091-2015 galvanized pipe products. The first batch of 14 enterprises obtained product certification certificates, of which five galvanized pipe enterprises belonging to Youfa, Handan Youfa, Shaanxi Youfa, Jiangsu Youfa and Tangshan Zhengyuan all entered the list of compliance enterprises.
Youfa Group won the "Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise of Welded Steel Pipe Manufacturing Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China in 2019. Its pipeline technology company won the "Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise of Steel-Plastic Composite Pipe Manufacturing Industry" in 2024 and the "Youfa Brand Steel-Plastic Composite Pipe Produced by Pipeline Technology is a Green Product" certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China ". Youfa is also the first president of the welded pipe branch of China Metal Circulation Association.
Innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for enterprise development. Innovative achievements such as "automatic steel pipe packer", "multi-push rod steel pipe galvanizing device" and "heat pipe waste heat recovery evaporator" developed by Youfa have been widely used in the same industry and have played a positive role in improving the quality and efficiency of the steel pipe industry. "Research and demonstration of key technologies for deep utilization of waste heat of galvanizing furnace" and "R & D and industrialization of key technologies for energy saving and consumption reduction and environmental protection of plastic coated composite pipes" have become Tianjin science and technology projects (topics). By the end of 2023, Youfa Group had 156 authorized patents, including 17 invention patents, 139 utility model patents, and 29 national standards, industry standards and group standards. Among them, the national standard GB/T 3091-2015 "Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Transportation", which came into effect on June 1, 2016, has been fully implemented in Youfa, and all Youfa products meet the new national standard.
