Introduction
Tianjin Youfa Public Welfare Foundation (YF Foundation) was established on August 9, 2021. It is a non-public foundation under the supervision of Tianjin Civil Affairs Bureau. Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd., as the initiator of the foundation, since its establishment in 2000, while the cause has continued to grow and develop, it has actively participated in social welfare undertakings and used practical actions to repay the society. Since 2008, Youfa Group has donated tens of millions of yuan to various national and local public welfare undertakings.
In 2011, shareholders within Youfa Group donated 5 million yuan to set up a Youfa Aid Fund to help needy employees and reward the children of outstanding employees. At present, a total of 6.383 million yuan of scholarships and aid have been granted.
In 2013, Youfa Group and key dealers jointly launched the "Da Youfa" public welfare platform, proposing to donate the funds saved by lowering the reception standard of each annual dealer meeting plus the group's fixed donation to poor schools under the theme of "Da Youfa", adhering to the concept of "Da Youfa, Small Public Welfare", transmitting positive energy and contributing to social harmony. At present, a total of 8 primary schools in Chongqing, Guiyang and other places have been donated, totaling 8.2 million yuan, for the school to rebuild teacher and student dormitories, canteens, kindergartens and other infrastructure.
In December 2020, Youfa Group was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Adhering to Youfa Group's consistent public welfare concept, and in order to better practice Youfa Group's social responsibility as a listed company, standardize and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's public welfare charity, in August 2021, Youfa Group invested 2 million yuan to initiate the establishment of Tianjin Youfa Public Welfare Foundation. After its establishment, the foundation is committed to carrying forward Youfa's charity concept, strictly complying with the provisions of the the People's Republic of China Charity Law and the Foundation Management Regulations, helping emergency public disasters, actively participating in rural revitalization, helping needy groups, etc., focusing on The completion plan of students' studies and the teaching construction of schools in difficult areas will inject blood into the children's tomorrow and escort the future of the country.
Relying on the national layout of Youfa Group, we have also set our sights on public welfare throughout the country. Tianjin as a starting point, we have taken the steps of public welfare to Hebei, Jiangsu, Gansu, Xinjiang and other regions. At the same time, it will continue to improve the foundation's team building for better national development.

Subsidize families and people in need; subsidize the development of public welfare activities to help the elderly; subsidize the relief of natural disasters, accidents, disasters and public health incidents; subsidize students in need to complete their studies and build schools in difficulties. Specifically, it may include:
1. Subsidizing families and people in special hardship caused by injury, disability and illness;
2. Provide financial assistance to students with living difficulties and primary and secondary schools with problems such as old facilities;
3. Carry out public welfare activities to help the elderly;
4. Rescue for damage caused by natural disasters, accident disasters and public health emergencies;
5. Register the public welfare and charitable activities initiated by the administrative organ and the competent business unit.
