Description
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection's "Measures for Self-monitoring and Information Disclosure of National Key Monitoring Enterprises (Trial)" (Huanfa [2013] No. 81), Tianjin Youfa Dezhong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. organizes self-monitoring of the pollutants discharged, Refer to the "General Provisions of Self-monitoring Technical Guidelines for Pollutant Discharge Units" (HJ819-2017) and relevant regulations to formulate the company's 2019 self-monitoring plan.

Note: ① If the detected content of pollutants in the soil of a specific plot exceeds the screening value, but is equal to or lower than the background value of the soil environment, it will not be included in the management of the contaminated plot.
5. Testing quality system
If other qualified inspection (supervision) testing institutions are entrusted to carry out self-monitoring on their behalf, the pollutant discharge unit does not need to establish a monitoring quality system, but the qualification of the inspection (supervision) testing institutions shall be confirmed.
6. Requirements for recording, sorting and archiving of monitoring data
1. The records of manual monitoring shall be implemented in accordance with the General Principles of Technical Guidelines for Self-monitoring of Sewage Discharge Units. Records of manual monitoring: the date, time, pollutant discharge port and monitoring point, monitoring method, monitoring frequency, monitoring instrument and model, sampling method, monitoring result, etc. of manual monitoring shall be recorded regularly, and a ledger record report shall be established.
2, monitoring data sorting and archiving design record form, the key information of the monitoring process to be recorded, sorted and archived, the record form is electronic and paper simultaneously recorded, the retention time is not less than three years.
