2. Project scale and main construction contents
This technological transformation project does not need to increase the land occupation. The acid regeneration workshop is built by using the existing open space in the factory area, and the spraying workshop is built by using the idle workshop in the factory area, with a total construction area of 2742m m.2. Among them, the acid regeneration workshop is equipped with pre-concentrator, roaster, absorption tower and other equipment and supporting facilities. The spraying workshop is equipped with shot blasting machine, electrostatic spraying machine and other equipment. After the completion of the project, 30000 tons of waste acid will be treated annually and 6500 tons of packing belt will be processed annually.
3. Main environmental impacts and control measures
(1) Construction period
The construction period of this project is mainly the installation and commissioning of new equipment, the construction period is very short, and the amount of civil engineering is small.
(2) Operation period
① Exhaust gas
A, organized waste gas
The cofired tail gas enters the absorption tower and is absorbed to form regenerated acid. The roasted gas after absorbing HCl gas is purified by "water spray washing alkali liquor washing" and then discharged through a 20m high exhaust cylinder.
Iron oxide powder gas phase conveying waste gas is sent to a plastic burning plate dust collector for treatment, and the treated waste gas is discharged through a 20m high exhaust cylinder.
Metal particles are produced during the shot blasting process of the packing belt. The shot blasting dust is collected by the pipeline and sent to the pulse bag filter for treatment. After treatment, the exhaust gas is discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe.
In the spraying process, except that part of the coating powder is adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece through electrostatic action, the rest is recovered by the coating powder recovery device, and the waste gas after recovery is treated by a set of pulse bag filter, and then discharged through a 15m exhaust pipe.
In the process of spraying, curing and drying with packing belt, natural gas is burned and heated air to directly dry the workpiece. After being collected by pipelines, the drying waste gas is treated by "photocatalytic oxidation low-temperature plasma" and discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder.
B. Unorganized waste gas
The unorganized emission of HCl from the production workshop of the technological transformation project comes from the leakage of the pipeline, and measures such as closing the plant, sealing the equipment and strengthening the operation management are taken. The respiratory waste gas from the acid storage tank is introduced into the storage tank and sealed with alkali for unorganized emission.
The welding fume generated in the welding process of the project is discharged after treatment by a mobile welding fume purifier.
② Waste water
The drainage of technological transformation project is alkali washing wastewater, circulating water drainage and domestic sewage. Alkali washing wastewater and circulating water drainage are treated by the existing sewage treatment station, and the treated wastewater and the domestic sewage treated by septic tank are discharged into Fengnan District Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant for further treatment.
③ Noise
Low-noise equipment, basic vibration reduction, plant sound insulation and other measures are selected for the project to control the noise at the factory boundary to meet the requirements of Class 3 standards in the Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008).
④ Solid waste
The solid waste of the project is properly disposed of and will not adversely affect the environment.
4. Conclusion of environmental impact assessment
The construction of the project meets the requirements of the national industrial policy; the pollution control measures are reliable and effective, and the pollutants can be discharged up to the standard; the total discharge of pollutants meets the requirements of total control, and the project has good economic and social benefits.
