Citizens, legal persons and other organizations within the scope of this evaluation.
The evaluation scope is as follows:
(1) Atmospheric environment: a rectangular range with a side length of 5.5km centered on the geometric center of the plant area;
(2) Acoustic environment: 200m outside the boundary of the project plant;
(3) Groundwater: east to Alum River, west to Xiyuan Village, south to G108 National Highway, north to the foot of mountain slope;
(4) The scope of environmental risk assessment: the scope of the 5km envelope is expanded outside the boundary of the plant;
