1. Passivation solution (chromium content 25g/L): annual consumption 80 tons, which plays an anti-corrosion role on steel pipes.
2. Hydrochloric acid (30%): the annual consumption is 10,000 tons to clean the rust on the surface of the steel pipe.
3. Liquid alkali (32%): the annual consumption is 750 tons, which is used to neutralize acidic water in sewage station and acid mist in acid mist purification tower.
Pollutants generated by 5. and their treatment and disposal
1. Main hazardous waste and disposal
(1) The spray passivation residue and sludge shall be handled by Tianjin Hejia Veolia Environmental Service Co., Ltd., which is qualified for treatment.
(2) The waste acid liquid produced by pickling shall be handled by Tianjin Youxin Material Technology Co., Ltd., which is qualified for handling.
(3) Waste water treatment sludge is stored after drying (for the record of the Environmental Protection Bureau), and after reaching a certain amount, it will be handed over to Tianjin Hejia Veolia Environmental Service Co., Ltd. with treatment qualification for treatment.
2. Exhaust gas
(1) The acid mist generated by pickling is collected by an acid mist cover, and discharged through a 15-meter-high exhaust pipe after neutralization and treatment in the acid mist purification tower. The emission concentration and emission rate meet the requirements of the second-class standard in Table 2 of the GB16297-1996 Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants.
(2) The zinc smoke produced during the galvanizing process is treated by a bag filter and discharged to the standard through a 15-meter high exhaust cylinder. The emission concentration and emission rate of particulate matter meet the secondary standard of the GB16297-1996 Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants.
(3) Boiler gas exhaust emissions: the emission concentration and emission rate of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides meet the limit requirements of DB12/151-2016 "Tianjin Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard.
(4) Zinc pot heating furnace gas exhaust emissions: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides meet the DB12/556-2015 "industrial furnace air pollutant emission standards" limit requirements.
3. Waste water
Rain and sewage diversion shall be implemented in the plant area.
(1) Domestic sewage is discharged into Daqiuzhuang Town Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment after being pretreated by septic tank.
(2) Comprehensive production wastewater such as process cleaning wastewater and waste gas treatment wastewater shall be recycled to the cleaning section of the plant without being discharged after being treated by the self-built sewage treatment station in the plant.
6. risk prevention measures
1. Hazardous chemicals shall be strictly managed in the factory according to relevant specifications. Dangerous chemical storage tanks and storage tanks are equipped with cofferdam and leakage waste liquid collection system, and the plant area is equipped with accident emergency pool.
2. The emergency plan for environmental emergencies is under preparation.
