The "Celebrating July 1st" and Youfa Group's 25th Anniversary Celebration was grandly held
On July 1st, Youfa Group held a series of themed events to celebrate the Party's birthday and commemorate the 25th anniversary of Youfa Group's founding. Over 200 people attended the commemorative meeting, including Youfa Group Chairman Li Maozin, General Manager Chen Guangling, Party Secretary Jin Donghu, and other group leaders, general managers of various enterprises, and some employee representatives. Subsidiaries participated in the meeting via video link. The meeting was chaired by Chen Guangling.
The event began with a solemn singing of the national anthem, "Sing My Motherland".
At the meeting, Jin Donghu gave a special party lesson on the topic of "Learning Leadership from the People's Liberation Army." He pointed out that leaders at all levels should lead by example, taking the mission of "allowing employees to grow happily and promoting the healthy development of the industry." They should consolidate standardized system construction, ensure clear communication of instructions; take the lead in practicing corporate culture, care for employees, and build a professional and specialized Youfa iron army that is "retainable, usable, and performs well." In the face of the current complex situation, we must learn from the People's Liberation Army, improve leadership, allow employees to unleash their fighting spirit through respect and support, and repay society with high-quality products and services, creating new glories in the new journey of enterprise development.
The meeting showed short films titled "Future Outlook" recorded by leaders of various subsidiaries. The leaders' visions in the films were like an interwoven future map: using industry transformation as coordinates to outline a breakthrough path for digital transformation; using customer needs as the origin to depict the three-dimensional structure of service upgrades; and using technological innovation as a fulcrum to deduce the infinite possibilities of industrial chain synergy.
Following this, Li Maozin gave a speech, summarizing and reviewing the development of Youfa Group over the past 25 years. He stated that cooperation is the foundation of Youfa, and the unique equity cooperation mechanism has enabled Youfa's rapid development; now the cooperative gene has been integrated into the corporate culture, with over 1700 employees becoming shareholders, and the competitive and cooperative development with peer companies has also put forward new development ideas for the industry.
Li Maozin pointed out that Youfa people should earnestly practice corporate culture, strictly self-discipline, and adhere to Youfa's bottom lines; uphold the concept of altruism, learn to empathize, and achieve the goal of allowing employees to grow happily while developing the enterprise, thus achieving self-cultivation.
Li Maozin emphasized the need to accelerate the implementation of the three-year action plan. Currently, Youfa is in a critical stage of high-quality development, requiring full dedication and the courage to win, to be a pursuer of light who is always on the road.
The meeting reached its climax with the resounding singing of "Youfa's Song." Finally, each participant wrote their hopes and wishes for the future on paper and put them into a time capsule.
