According to the official WeChat account of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association, the 11th meeting of the 6th council (enlarged) of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association was held in Caofeidian, Tangshan, Hebei Province on July 29-30. Zhao Minge, chairman of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association, stated that for some time to come, the main contradiction facing the steel industry will still be the imbalance between total supply and total demand.
