Youfa Group officially settles in Panshi, joining hands with Huaming Pipe Industry to build a new highland for the steel industry
On September 7th, the Tianjin Youfa Group's Northeast Regional Partner Conference of Huaming Pipe Industry was successfully held at the Jilin Huaming Pipe Industry factory area, themed "Cooperation for Development, Professionalism Wins the Future". This time, Youfa Group's controlling stake acquisition of Jilin Huaming Pipe Industry marks the official implementation of the group's Northeast regional strategic layout in Panshi. It is understood that Youfa Group acquired a total of 70.96% equity in Jilin Huaming Pipe Industry by transferring shares held by Panshi Jianlong and Shenyang Leiming, achieving controlling operation.
This project is one of the important achievements of Panshi City's continuous optimization of the business environment and active promotion of investment attraction. It will further optimize the regional layout of the steel industry in Panshi City and strengthen the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain.
