Youfa Group and Zhongcheng Tou JianGong Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On September 17, Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongcheng Tou Jian Gong Group Co., Ltd. Li Maojin, Chairman of Youfa Group, led a delegation of seven members to attend the ceremony. They were warmly received by Guo Daijun, Chairman of Zhongcheng Tou Jian Gong Group, along with General Manager Zhang Hui, Executive General Manager Zhang Fuyuan, and other relevant business leaders. Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on key topics such as industrial synergy and market expansion, reaching a broad consensus on collaborative approaches and implementation strategies.
Before the signing ceremony, Li Maojin and his delegation were invited to visit the exhibition hall of Zhongcheng Tou JianGong Group, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its development journey, business strategies, project achievements, and corporate culture—thus laying a solid foundation of mutual awareness for future in-depth collaboration.
At the symposium, Guo Daijun detailed Zhongcheng Toujian Construction Group's achievements in residential projects, urban complexes, large-scale industrial plants, and municipal infrastructure such as roads and bridges, as well as its project accomplishments and commitment to social responsibility. He also emphasized that Zhongcheng Toujian Construction Group will leverage its deep-rooted expertise and resource advantages in the construction sector to jointly build a strategic partnership with Youfa Group.
Li Maojin briefly introduced Youfa Group's development journey and its recent achievements. He pointed out that Youfa Group has established a comprehensive, full-industry-chain layout covering a wide range of product categories, including straight-seam welded round tubes, steel-plastic composite pipes, spiral welded pipes, insulated pipelines, disc-lock scaffolding systems, photovoltaic brackets, and ground piles. The group annually produces and sells over 10 million tons of various steel pipes, maintaining a leading position in the industry in areas such as product quality control, production capacity assurance, and technological innovation and R&D.
Li Maojin stated that Youfa Group looks forward to working closely with Zhongcheng Tou JianGong Group, adhering to the cooperative principles of "mutual recognition, prioritized collaboration, integrity-based partnership, and win-win outcomes." Together, they will focus precisely on areas such as ensuring the supply of engineering materials and enhancing logistics supply-chain efficiency, jointly exploring even broader opportunities for collaboration.
Following this, Li Maojin and Guo Daijun solemnly signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement." The two sides will establish a regular communication and collaboration mechanism, set up a joint working group, and jointly advance the implementation of cooperative initiatives, ensuring that all collaborative efforts proceed smoothly and yield tangible results.
This signing marks the official launch of a new chapter in the strategic partnership between Youfa Group and Zhongcheng Tou Construction Group. Moving forward, Youfa Group will fully leverage its core strengths—such as steel pipe manufacturing and optimized industrial-chain resource allocation—to complement Zhongcheng Tou Construction Group's robust capabilities in the construction sector. Together, they will establish a long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial collaboration framework, jointly driving resource sharing and fostering win-win outcomes, thereby injecting fresh momentum into the industry's high-quality development.
Peng Bofeng, Gao Yuting, Li Yibin, Zhang Hongzhi, Qin Long, and Zhang Peng—leaders from Zhongcheng Toujian Construction Group—and Zhang Guangzhi, Wang Liang, Xu Fuliang, Sun Lei, Zhang Ling, and Zheng Wenqing—leaders from Youfa Group—attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.
