Announcement by the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the 2026 Tariff Adjustment Plan
Tax Committee Announcement No. 11 of 2025
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the resolutions of successive plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, to guide the development of new-quality productive forces, continuously meet the people’s aspirations for a better life, and contribute to expanding high-level opening-up and promoting high-quality development, in accordance with the Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant provisions, effective January 1, 2026, the import tariff rates and tariff headings for certain goods will be adjusted. Specific details are provided in the attachment.
