According to Article 20 of the measures for Public participation in Environmental impact Assessment, before the construction unit reports the environmental impact report to the competent department of ecological environment for approval, it shall, through the network platform, disclose the full text of the environmental impact report to be submitted for approval and the explanation of public participation.
