Brief Description of 1. Construction Project
Handan Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 500000 tons of square rectangular pipes and 300000 tons of hot-dip galvanized square rectangular pipes. The renovation and expansion project is located in the existing factory area of Handan Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. in Chengan County Shangcheng Industrial Park, Handan City, Hebei Province, with a total investment of 70 million yuan. The main construction content is: this project does not add new land, construction area of 23343m.2, a new hot galvanizing production line and its auxiliary facilities, with an annual output of 300000 tons of hot galvanizing rectangular pipes; New 3 square rectangular welded pipe production lines and auxiliary facilities with an annual output of 500000 tons of square rectangular welded pipe; Four new steel pipe pressure testing production lines and their auxiliary facilities will be built to inspect 100000 tons of steel pipes annually. Upgrade and transform the existing facilities: ① Change the neutralizing substance liquid alkali in the existing sewage station to ammonium bicarbonate, and keep the equipment and process unchanged, which will help reduce the production cost; ② Waste acid treatment station under the condition of the existing equipment unchanged, the use of ammonium bicarbonate instead of lime milk as a neutralizing agent, the annual treatment of waste acid 30000 tons.
