3. Noise prevention measures
The noise production equipment in the factory mainly includes production and auxiliary facilities such as fans, uncoiler, leveler, high-frequency welding machine, flying shear, air compressor, roller table unit, material transfer and bundling, pumps, etc. After noise reduction by vibration reduction base, plant sound insulation and other measures, the environmental noise at the factory boundary can reach the standard.
4. Solid waste prevention and control measures
The waste generated by the company in the production process is divided into general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste.
General industrial solid waste mainly includes: scrap in the process of welded pipe processing (steel strip, sawing iron scrap and other metal waste), iron-containing waste recovered from waste acid station, waste roller produced by welded pipe transportation, filter cake produced by production wastewater treatment station, domestic waste and waste oil from oil separation tank.
Hazardous wastes mainly include: waste lubricant (waste engine oil, waste emulsion), waste cotton yarn (cloth), waste passivation solution from pretreatment of galvanized pipe, waste slag additive from galvanizing tank, sludge from pretreatment of galvanizing wastewater, waste zinc ash and waste zinc slag from pipe plating process, which are regularly delivered to hazardous waste qualified units for disposal.
