With an annual output of 3 million tons of various steel pipes, the construction includes spiral plastic coating workshop, round pipe welded pipe workshop, round pipe galvanizing workshop, square pipe welded pipe workshop, square pipe galvanizing workshop, waste acid treatment workshop, finished product warehouse, boiler room, air compressor room and power distribution room, natural gas pressure regulating station, complex building, office building, staff dormitory, staff home, canteen and toilet warehouse, etc.
After the completion of the project, the main air pollutants are SO.2NOx, smoke, HCl, ammonia, non-methane total hydrocarbons, etc.; the main wastewater is rinsing wastewater, acid mist absorption wastewater, cooling wastewater after hot galvanizing, waste acid regeneration wastewater, softened water system, boiler wastewater, domestic sewage, etc., after being treated by the sewage treatment station of our factory, all the wastewater entering the production is reused, and the domestic sewage is discharged into Xiyuan Sewage Treatment Plant; solid wastes are mainly scrap, waste lubricant (waste engine oil, waste emulsion), plating aid and sludge from pretreatment of galvanized wastewater generated during welded pipe processing./Zinc ash, domestic waste, etc. are properly handled and disposed of; the noise is mainly generated by various fans, pumps, compressors and other equipment. The construction unit intends to take corresponding environmental protection measures to achieve the discharge of pollutants up to standard, so as to meet the environmental protection requirements of the environmental protection management department.
