Announcement for soliciting public opinions (first public announcement)
Tangshan Zhengyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. plans to invest 12.6 million yuan to build a supporting facilities project for the galvanized production line of Tangshan Zhengyuan Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. in the factory area of Hebei Fengnan Lingang Economic Development Zone. The project does not need to occupy new land. The acid regeneration workshop is built by using the existing open space of the factory area, and the spraying workshop is built by using the idle workshop of the factory area, with a total construction area of 2742m.2. Among them, the acid regeneration workshop is equipped with pre-concentrator, roasting furnace, absorption tower and other equipment and supporting facilities. The spraying workshop is equipped with shot blasting machine, electrostatic spraying machine and other equipment to treat 30000 tons of waste hydrochloric acid annually after completion. Annual spraying processing packing belt 6500 tons. The project is a technological transformation project, the existing projects have fulfilled the environmental protection procedures, the pollution prevention and control measures are effective, and the discharge can be stable and meet the standards. There is no environmental protection problem in the existing projects.
At present, the project is carrying out environmental impact assessment. The main assessment contents and procedures are as follows: ① carry out engineering analysis and environmental condition investigation, and entrust qualified monitoring company to monitor the current situation of environmental quality; ② identify environmental impact factors and screen evaluation factors to determine the evaluation focus; ③ carry out environmental impact prediction; ④ evaluate the environmental impact of the construction project; ⑤ give the evaluation conclusion on the environmental feasibility of the construction project, put forward environmental protection measures and suggestions, and prepare environmental impact report. The report shall be submitted to relevant departments for review after preparation.
Public participation process: first, the project construction information is disclosed through the network platform and public opinions are solicited; after the draft of the environmental impact report of the construction project is formed, the draft of the report is published through the network platform and newspapers that are easy for the public to contact, and the public opinions are solicited by publishing the public opinion form.
This announcement mainly solicits public opinions on the environmental issues involved in the construction of the proposed project, including the public's concerns about the site selection of the project, the impact on the surrounding environment after the implementation of the project, and the environmental protection measures to be taken, so as to fully understand the local public's opinions and suggestions on the project construction.
Public opinions are fed back to the construction unit or EIA unit in the form of paper version, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc. The public is requested to provide detailed contact information while expressing their opinions, so that we can feedback relevant information to you in time.
