      On November 27, the 2024 Annual Partner Conference of Youfa Group was grandly held in Changsha, Hunan. Youfa Group Chairman Li Maojin, General Manager Chen Guangling, Party Secretary Jin Donghu, and other group leaders gathered with marketing backbones from various branches and subsidiaries of Youfa Group, as well as dealer partners from across the country, to summarize the development achievements of 2024, plan the strategic blueprint for 2025, and inject strong momentum for the continuous high-quality development of Youfa Group. To this end, he emphasized that Youfa Group cannot 'rest on past laurels', but must change formations in multiple dimensions, using unconventional strategic vision and methods to adjust from eight aspects: production layout, corporate functions, product functions, customer service, channel models, management tools, procurement models, and talent career changes, rationally optimizing the national production capacity layout, and transforming from a product manufacturer to a full-service provider with products + services, using integrated products with certain technical barriers to comprehensively enhance user stickiness and competitiveness. At the same time, a user-centered marketing service system will be established, transitioning from generalized services to specialized services in channels, focusing on the main channel, and achieving a coexistence of conventional combat troops and special forces.

He emphasized that driven by the wave of the new technological revolution, Youfa Group needs to accelerate its transformation from traditional manual operations to digitalization to improve management efficiency and accelerate its move towards becoming an advanced manufacturing enterprise. After the enthusiastic 2024 Annual Partner Award Ceremony of Youfa Group,Regarding Youfa Group's marketing layout for 2025, Vice General Manager Xu Guangyou delivered an insightful interpretation titled 'Manufacturer Collaboration, Marketing Transformation'. He pointed out that in the era of volume reduction, the good days of making money while lying down are gone forever. As symbiotic and win-win partners, Youfa Group and its partners must be prepared for transformation in 2025. In this process, the focus should be on two major goals: collaboratively increasing market share and collaboratively increasing profits.

He stated that to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the above two goals, Youfa Group will refine its industry in 2025, form a legion, and create a dual-horsepower situation with traditional terminals. At the same time, it will strengthen the terminal, build a robust team, enhance the construction of the terminal customer service department, and expand the scope of communication and training with dealers. Furthermore, strict price control, order optimization, and driving healthy industry development will be implemented. Following the enthusiastic legion establishment ceremony, this conference also concurrently held the investment agreement between Shaanxi Youfa and Qingbaijiang District, as well as the pipeline technology project with Henan Water Investment.
