Formation Change • Landing is the Hard Truth - Youfa Group's 2024 Annual Commendation Conference and 2025 Business Launch Conference Successfully Concluded


On January 20, Youfa Group's 2024 Annual Commendation Conference and 2025 Business Launch Conference were successfully held. Youfa Group Chairman Li Maozin, General Manager Chen Guangling, and Party Secretary Jin Donghu, along with all senior executives and representatives of award-winning individuals and collectives, totaling more than 500 people, attended the meeting. Subsidiaries participated via video conference, and Guo Rui, Youfa Group's Board Secretary and Director of Strategic Development, presided over the meeting.

The meeting commended more than 300 representatives from 21 award categories, including advanced individuals, advanced teams, advanced departments, and advanced workshops/factories. Chen Kechun, Chairman of the Group's Supervisory Board and Chairman of Pipeline Technology; and Group Vice Presidents Xu Guangyou, Liu Zhendong, Li Xiangdong, Han Deheng, Dong Xibiao, and Li Maoxue presented certificates and medals to the award winners. Representatives from award-winning units such as Handan Youfa, Jiangsu Youfa, and Shaanxi Youfa shared their advanced experiences.

Group Chairman Li Maozin delivered a speech titled "Transformation: Giving Wings to the Lion's Dream." He first congratulated the award-winning collectives and individuals, noting that it was the hard work of all Youfa people, represented by the advanced individuals, over the past year that allowed Youfa Group to achieve excellent results that surpassed the overall industry performance.

In his speech, Li Maozin reiterated the instructions given by Chen Min'er, member of the Central Politburo and Secretary of the Tianjin Municipal Committee, during his inspection and guidance of Jinghai District and Youfa Group: fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of those working and starting businesses; strengthen development confidence; maintain strategic determination; and earnestly promote high-quality economic development. Li Maozin specifically pointed out that Youfa Group is a top 500 enterprise in China and a national manufacturing single-item champion enterprise in the fields of welded steel pipes and steel-plastic composite pipes. In future business development, the entire group must work together, resolutely implement the instructions of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, "firmly believe in pragmatic work, and strive for development in every way," to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise, allow employees to continue to grow, continuously improve employee welfare and self-worth, and unswervingly strive towards the grand goal of "common prosperity." Youfa Group will further clarify its strategic development direction, leverage its existing advantages, actively explore high-value-added new product categories and innovative business models, actively improve domestic production capacity layout, and rapidly promote overseas layout, opening up a second growth curve.

Li Maozin pointed out that Youfa Group should continue to enhance its competitiveness through marketing transformation, deepen terminal services; leverage advantages through procurement transformation to prevent risks; encourage comprehensive innovation, correctly address difficulties, and uphold its original aspirations and missions through ideological transformation; and focus on core work in marketing, procurement, lean production, etc., striving to become a global pipeline systems expert and achieve the grand goals of “two hundred billion” and more.

Li Maozin finally emphasized that Youfa's mission is: "To let employees grow happily and promote the healthy development of the industry." We must lead all Youfa people to work together to achieve the happy life we all yearn for, leaving no one behind; we must follow the strategic guidance of "from tens of millions of tons to hundreds of billions, to be the number one lion in the global pipe industry" to achieve the ambitious goal of “two hundred billion,” relying on strong strength and industry Brand position, taking the path of competitive cooperation, and leading the healthy development of industry enterprises; we must create more opportunities for more Youfa people to succeed because of Youfa while Youfa develops and grows, promoting common prosperity! We will add positive energy to social harmony wherever Youfa goes!

Chen Guangling delivered a speech titled "Transformation: Implementation is Key" summarizing the 2024 work and deploying the 2025 work. He pointed out that in 2024, Youfa Group continued to maintain its leading position in the welded pipe industry with significant advantages, and Brand concentration continued to rise; in the journey of Youfa Group shouldering important missions and pursuing the vision of a global pipeline systems expert, the effective implementation of the strategy is the key to execution.

Chen Guangling emphasized that in 2025, the group should drive comprehensive innovation through ideological transformation; transform from a single product manufacturer to a multi-functional service provider of "products + services," achieving enterprise functional transformation; provide customers with richer product choices and product integration through product functional transformation; Customer Service transformation should be customer-centric, empathetic, and improve the synergy of distributors and the satisfaction of end customers; rely on management tool transformation to shift from manual to digital, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate the transformation to an advanced manufacturing enterprise; build a professional and professional Youfa iron army of "those who can be retained, used, and perform well" through talent professionalization transformation; and rely on marketing transformation, procurement transformation, layout transformation, and mechanism transformation to cultivate the market, avoid risks, expand layouts, and establish a win-win Youfa ecosystem to achieve the sustainable development of Youfa Group and stand out in fierce competition.

Party Secretary Jin Donghu, in his speech on "Let Employees Grow Happily," pointed out that letting employees grow happily is an important mission of Youfa Group. Letting employees grow happily is both the social responsibility of great enterprises and a necessity for high-quality development of enterprises. For 24 years, it is because of the high emphasis on employee happiness and harmony that all employees have been united and worked together, with ordinary people achieving an extraordinary cause.  

Jin Donghu emphasized that leaders at all levels should take positive actions to create a happy and harmonious environment. In terms of remuneration and welfare, standardize the pay structure, improve labor efficiency, and share the benefits with employees; in terms of living and working environment, improve canteens, drinking water, toilets, dormitories, and factory area conditions; in terms of institutional building, streamline and optimize to ensure fairness and justice; in terms of employee care, listen to their voices, assist those in difficulty, and promote positive energy; in terms of training and improvement, increase the intensity and effectiveness; in terms of leadership ability, change ideas and improve leadership. At the same time, employees are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and constantly surpass themselves to achieve personal transformation, to grow with the enterprise, to love their jobs, be dedicated and innovative, to proactively learn and improve, to promote Culture and to be clean and self-disciplined, with all parties working together to build a happy Youfa.

At the meeting, 16 subsidiaries and 3 legions of the Group went on stage to accept letters of responsibility, and made commitment speeches with the Group's 9 major centers respectively.

In 2025, all members of Youfa Group will face challenges with courage and forge ahead with firm conviction. They will grasp the pulse of innovation, focus on improving product quality, and strictly control production processes; actively expand diversified markets and enhance Brand influence.
